Food

Public Space Liaison Officer
Public Space
Public Space Liaison Officers work with community, local businesses, service providers and people sleeping rough to manage the impacts of homelessness in public spaces. The team also work directly with people sleeping rough to ensure they have access to the support they need. The officers aim to take a preventive rather than reactive approach to people who are homeless by early identification of issues relating to rough sleepers in public places and early referral to assistance.

Social Futures (Connecting Home)

Social Futures support people who are experiencing homelessness, are at risk of homelessness or in unstable housing through a range of services and programs. The Connecting Home program workers assist people by informing them about their options and linking them to appropriate housing providers (such as Housing New South Wales, Community Housing, as well as private rental options) and community support and services.

Corrective Services
