Byron Ballet presents one of the world’s most beloved tales, Sleeping Beauty. Princess Aurora is cursed to die on her 16th birthday after the powerful fairy Maleficent casts a wicked spell. However, the Wisdom Fairy intervenes, softening the curse so that Aurora instead falls into an enchanted sleep.

Byron Ballet’s original adaptation breathes new life into this timeless classic, offering deeper insight into Maleficent’s motives and the forces driving her revenge. The story unfolds as a rich tapestry of love, friendship, and destiny, brought to life through mesmerising dance.

Set to the brilliant music of Tchaikovsky, with exquisite additions from Ravel and Dvořák, Sleeping Beauty is the perfect introduction to storytelling through music and movement.

This classical masterpiece features interstate guest artists alongside the exceptional talent of Byron Ballet, making it an unmissable experience for audiences of all ages. A truly inspirational family event, Sleeping Beauty is a must-see for anyone who loves the magic of performance art.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
