Committee members are expected to be readily available to engage with stallholders, serving as their representative during meetings. While management ultimately makes decisions, the committee offers valuable advice when needed.

Committee meetings are held on a monthly basis, taking place the week following each Byron Community Market event. This ensures regular communication and allows for timely feedback and input from the committee.
