Ambruna'h Spanish omelettes

Bringing a bit of Spain to Byron bay. We serve traditional Spanish omelettes (Tortillas) the most served dish in every single tapas Bar in Spain. We have 4 different flavours, mainly vegetarian and they are all Gluten Free. Serving it in a "Bocadillo" which is the tortilla in a baguette the #1 Take away dish in Spain or as a "Pintxo"; with some traditional Pan con tomate (Tomato toast). Also offering traditional cold Gazpacho soup for the hot summer days. Perfect light lunch to escape the heat.
