The Customer Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact at Byron Community Centre, welcoming visitors and providing friendly, efficient support while coordinating and supporting reception volunteers to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for everyone.
Tell us about your role at the Byron Community Centre? I am the first point of contact for many of the people who come through our doors. I'm here to answer questions, give support and help in any way I can.
What’s the most inspiring part of your job? I love connecting with our community. From our selfless volunteers and the dynamic members of the Byron Seniors Club, to the dedicated theatre patrons who are so supportive of local arts, the energy here is incredible. My colleagues inspire me daily to lead with compassion, as do the kind, eclectic and passionate community members who pass through our doors every day.
