Karen Hillen

Karen spent most of her career working in the NSW State Government, but now runs a HR Consultancy located in the Northern Rivers. She is the Director of My HR Partner providing HR services to SMEs throughout the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast. She has been a Board member for 2 years and has now taken on the role of Vice Chair.
