This gentle and flowing Tai Chi course is based on a program developed by Dr Paul Lam for people with arthritis, but is suitable for anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility and balance.
Over ten weeks, participants will learn 28 linked movements that support core body strength and ease of movement. The class is ideal for seniors who may not have exercised in some time, as well as anyone wanting to enhance mobility and wellbeing.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes, and bring a water bottle. No experience required.
