What Matters Most to You?

Are you keen to learn more about the services and community supports available in relation to ageing, loss, dying and grief?

Join a Community Conversation led by Palliative Care NSW in partnership with Healthy North Coast Primary Health Network, and Northern NSW Local Health District.

Community Conversations includes palliative care experts who will provide information and resources to help you consider what’s important to live a full and comfortable life, right to the very end. These sessions are a safe and friendly space to have the conversation, learn from others, and ask questions with members of your local palliative care team about the decisions that matter most to you.

Who: Everyone is welcome. Anyone who wants to be empowered on their healthcare journey, who may be looking for answers and support, or who is currently caring for someone with a life-limiting illness. All attendees will receive a fantastic resource kit to take home.

Cost: FREE. Complimentary afternoon tea will be served.

Facilitator: Kirsty Blades, CEO, Palliative Care NSW.

Topics covered include:

  • Navigating end-of-life matters
  • Myth-busting palliative care
  • The local support you can receive, how and where
  • Advance care planning and the steps you should be taking now
