Ocean Magic is a new ocean-inspired exhibition by local artist Yvonne Fenech, exploring the movement, light and energy of the sea through an immersive underwater lens. Drawing on a lifelong connection to surfing and swimming, her work captures the shifting colours, fluid forms and power of the ocean, from quiet moments beneath the surface to the intensity of a breaking wave.
Presented at Byron Spaces Gallery, the exhibition reflects both the natural beauty of the Byron coastline and a deeper sense of connection to place, inviting audiences to pause and experience the ocean in a new way.
Ocean Magic opens Monday 8 January at Byron Spaces Gallery, Byron Community Centre, and is free to view weekdays from 10am to 4pm.
